Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has yet to be reinstated as NFL arbitrator Harold Henderson will appeal a judge’s decision overturning Peterson’s suspension, a report by ESPN stated on Sunday, March 1.
Peterson was indicted on an alleged incident of domestic violence where he disciplined his son with a switch. U.S. District Judge David Doty issued a 16-page decision to overturn NFL’s suspension of Peterson. However, Henderson said the league disagrees with Doty’s decision and will file an appeal. The move will place Peterson back to the Commissioner Roger Goodell Exempt List until a decision has been reached.
