A million-dollar bail was set for The Shield actor Michael Jace after he was booked on May 20 for shooting his wife multiple times during an argument about money, the Daily Mail reported.
The 51-year-old actor allegedly called 911 Monday at 8:30 p.m. to confess that he killed his wife, April Jace, after a heated fight at their residence in Los Angeles. The couple’s two children, both below ten years old, were allegedly present when the incident happened. The police took the actor into custody and booked him for the incident, which is believed to be motivated by domestic violence.
Michael Jace, who recently filed for bankruptcy in 2011, was allegedly struggling with his finances at the time of the incident.
