31-year-old Scandal actor Columbus Short allegedly broke into and ransacked the residence that he formerly shared with his estranged wife, Tanee McCall-Short.
Tanee filed for divorce in April of this year after Columbus allegedly threatened to kill his wife and himself. He pled not guilty to spousal battery in March after allegedly attacking his wife in front of his son and daughter.
Short will not be returning for the fourth season of Scandal.
