Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Thomas Trent Lewis will decide whether he will allow 46-year-old actor and singer Terrence Howard to overturn a divorce settlement with his second ex-wife, Michelle Ghent, who he was married to from 2010 to 2013. According to Howard, his ex-wife blackmailed him into signing the divorce agreement by threatening to leak private videos and photos of the actor.
The ruling was scheduled to be presented last Monday, August 24. The divorce settlement in question entitles Ghent to a share of Howard’s professional earnings, including money he earned as the lead role in the FOX drama, Empire.
