American-Canadian singer-songwriter Robin Charles Thicke and his wife, American actress Paula Patton, have put their house on the market, San Jose Mercury News reported on July 24.
A report from entertainment magazine Variety revealed that the ex-couple’s 3,158-square foot house in the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California is currently now listed at $2.985 million. Patton moved out of the house in February, after discovering Thicke’s infidelity.
The house was formerly owned by Thicke’s father, Alan, who gifted the former the deed when he married Patton in 2005.
According to sources, an attorney is currently drafting a financial settlement for the ex-couple, though neither party has yet to file for divorce.
